What MLK did for income

Based on the statistics on income for blacks and whites it looks like that their income has stayed the same and may have even gotten worse as the whites income goes up. in 1980 blacks made about $23,000 and whites made about $40,000 that is $17,000 more than whites. then in 1990 blacks made about 25,000 and whites made about 43,000 this is still $17,000 this is the same. it does get better in 2003 though but not by much. in 03 whites made about 46,000 and blacks made about 30,000 so that is only 1000 less.

if some one would want to fix it they would need to get more blacks educated, especaillly in the ghettos. they also need to select a wider variety of race for jobs.
